Lotte Liese (リーゼロッテ Rīzerotte, officially Lieselotte) is one of the Liese Twins, creator::Gil Graham's shape::catgirl familiars. She and her sister Lotte are shown to be very loyal to their master, always obeying his orders. Lotte is very capable with hand-to-hand combats and was Chrono Harlaown's close combat teacher when he was still learning.
