Higurashi Daybreak Original Soundtrack (ひぐらしデイブレイク oRigiNAL SouND TRACK) is a music album composed by various Japanese doujin music artists, for use in the Higurashi Daybreak and in the Higurashi Daybreak Kai games. The soundtrack was released on April 22, 2007 during the thirty-fifth Sunshine Creation convention. The CD jacket contains two discs: the blue one and the red one. The blue disc contains 19 tracks mostly the stages theme. The red disc contains the tracks played during the story modes and some extra tracks from Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Rei and the demos. A short story, "Higurashi Outbreak", written by Ryukishi07 is also included in the CD jacket. The movie Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kaku is based on this forty-page long story. The PSP game Higurashi Daybreak Portable's tracks ar
