Netherby is the fictional chief of security for The Octopus, an underwater auction house used by the criminal underworld and owned by an unidentified criminal organization; implied to be SPECTRE. A minor boss character, he appeared in the console versions of Electronic Arts' 2004 video-game GoldenEye: Rogue Agent.
