This documentary was an idea of film director Julian Baker, in which he would watch follow the lives of Tree Hill residents, Tree Hill being Julian's adopted hometown. It begins after Julian's engagement to Brooke Davis and ends after Brooke gives birth to their twin sons, Davis and Jude Baker.
