The President has according to the Constitution the power to declare war and peace, he or she is the Supreme Commander of the Armies. The President is the highest autority in the nation, outranking all others. The President can propose, but not veto laws. He or she can pardon any criminal. The President presides over the Intergalactic Senate. He or she can also issue decrees and fire all the ministers, except for the Spiritual Leader, who is almost equal to the president.
