Horomon is a notorious Xerashi criminal mentioned in The Tractate. Horomon is said to have gone blind as divine punishment from the God in retribution for putting out the eyes of his enemies. Inri Sejenus miraculously restored Horomon's sight. This led to the Inrithi saying “seeing with Horomon’s eyes,” meaning “revelation.”
