Amendment : All previous rules and IOTMs are hereby null and void. The POTM (Phyllogicopedian of the Month) shall be distributed as follows: * Phyllis Hyman shall be awarded Perpetual POTM except for the years 2013 and 2014, and June and July 1995. * Alicia Keys shall be awarded POTM for the first four months of 2013 and the last four months of 2014. * Toni Braxton shall be awarded POTM for June and July 1995. * User:Phyllis Hyman shall be awarded POTM for the last eight months of 2013. * User:Kate Susan shall be awarded POTM for the first eight months of 2014.
