Rath Zaren was a Weequay mercenary from Tatooine, who served with the privateer group known as Wayland's Wilders. He was the captain of the anti-starfighter frigate, Space Slug. Zaren was extremely skilled at both armed and unarmed combat, and carried a DL-18 "Mos Eisley" blaster and a Merr-Sonn Treppus-2 vibroblade.
