Mohammed Fitzgerald was a Starfleet warp engineer who served aboard the USS Centaur. Fitzgerald was an enlisted chief. After the Centaur was attacked by two Jem'Hadar fighters, Captain Charlie Reynolds asked Fitzgerald if they could dump coolant or antimatter to slow the Jem'Hadar down.
