Details: Filiberto Ojeda Rios is the ringleader of a Puerto Rican terrorist group "Los Macheteros" who was responsible for shooting a surface-to-air missile at FBI headquarters in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on October 30, 1983. The missile was bought because of a $7 million heist that occurred a month earlier that were done by Victor Gerena, a member of the terrorist group. He has not been seen since 1990. On September 23, 2005, he was killed by FBI agents in his home in Puerto Rico. Gerena is still at large. Links:
