The Plate of Queen is an item in Silent Hill. Its purpose is to open the door at the back of nurses' center in the Otherworld Alchemilla Hospital, and is sitting on the desk in the director's office on the first floor of the Otherworld's hospital. The Queen represents the Queen of Hearts from Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, a known inspiration of the franchise.
