Homer tells the family of his second girlfriend named Tracy, who had cheated on him with Artie Ziff and lead Homer into a massive depression. Homer then takes Zoloft pills and some xanax at the expense of his best friend Eric, who is now in a new happy relationship with Dr. Marvin Monroe.
