Rick Green was the chief of Norfolk Fire Company #54 who responded to a call-out at a house belonging to Petty Officer Darren Cove. When they got there, the crew found no fire but a blood stain on the floor, prompting the NCIS Major Case Response Team to be called in to investigate.
