Pressing her hands together, Tsumetai summons a large amount of wind from the northern direction, allowing her to create a colder atmosphere for her Ice Release techniques. However, in order for these winds to be maintained, she must feed a constant amount of a chakra into them, otherwise they will dissipate. The chakra itself must be held to around the same amount as its fed into the wind, otherwise the user will lose control of the created wind, potentially leading to a climatic imbalance in the area that the fight is being waged.
