The Char Chars are enemies that appear in Donkey Kong Country Returns. They resemble flaming rocks and first appear in world 8, Volcano. They hop around, pausing for 1 second after each jump. They can only be killed by blowing them out or throwing a barrel at them. pounding the ground while they are next to you will stun them temporarily.
