If the camera is adjusted, there will be a sign displaying a message, as well as the "Smiley", as in the same one used in the sign on Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. Differences Between the Games * The PSP version simply shows the smiley face, with the message "nothing to see here"; where as the PS2 version shows the same smiley, and the text "I wasn't joking, there really is nothing to see here. Go check out the VCN building instead!" * This is a reference to the Easter Egg in GTA Vice City, where there is an Easter Egg with "Happy Easter" written on it. As much of Vice City is under construction in 1984, so is the egg, with a FinalBuild crane holding a piece of the egg up.
