The Type-21 Heavy Assault Vehicle, also known as the Hecate, is a Vehicle manufactured by CovTech for the Sovereign Covenant Empire along side the Type-97 Superior Assault Platform and the Type-19 Stealth Transport vehicles. It is essentially a Covenant version of the UNSC's Elephant.
