Lupo and Bernard investigate brutal murder of a fireman and his wife, but their investigation becomes complicated when their initial suspect ends up dead himself. Eventually Brad Toschak is convicted for his murder and the prosecutors pressure one of the other fireman for information on the murders and he confesses to his part in the crimes and explains Toschak's.
