Carter County Plaza is a shopping center located in Elizabethton, Tennessee on West Elk Avenue. The center is anchored by Peebles (formerly Watson's), Ingle's, and Cato Fashions. The center is also home to other locally owned businesses as well. The center went through a period of decline in the 1980s and early-1990s until Ingle's demolished unoccupied space and built a new store in 1997.
