The Bloodguard was a unit of elite soldiers within the radical Mandalorian splinter group known as the Death Watch. Named for the blood-like color of their distinctive crimson Mandalorian armor, the Bloodguard was based out of the Death Watch's hidden bunker on the forest moon of Endor. There, they acted as security for the base. Around the year 1 ABY, members of the Bloodguard engaged several spacers who attempted to intrude into the base.
