Put into service in 2556 CE, the Eye of Darkness is part of the ONI Prowler Corps's relentless campaign to build more Prowlers into the vastly depleted UNSC Navy. The Eye of Darkness is one of the first few Prowlers constructed after the Human-Covenant War, and is commanded by Captain Miles Morrison, an officer from the Prowler Corps itself who was selected to head the ship.
