Two targets is a suffix of abilities that indicates the ability targets two different units. If only one unit is in specified area when the spell takes effect, the spell will mostly be wasted. For example Zap 3: Two Targets will act as Zap 3 if only one enemy unit is in play. Reclaim 3 is an exclusive ability in Recycle but it works just similar to Two Targets means.
