Dreadful Hollow is a location in the cartoon show episode "Smurfette's Dancing Shoes" where the Smurfs were taken to by the imp's gargoyles. There the Smurfs had to collect the three things that the Spirit Of The Ancient Trolls was expecting the imp to get in order to have the trolls' lost treasure: a feather from the giant vulture, fire from the volcano, and the fabled blue diamond in the cave. Hefty led one group to get the feather, Handy led another to get the fire, and Papa Smurf led a third group to get the diamond.
