Royal Dreadguards are level 100 elite Forsaken guards stationed in the Royal Quarter of the Undercity and act as the personal bodyguards of Lady Sylvanas Windrunner. During Alliance raids, if not killed first, they can eliminate the healers,usually resulting in a total wipe, as even level 100s can't take massive amounts of these guys while engaging the battlemasters and Sylvanas Windrunner at the same time.
