Being one of the more powerful Tribes, the Locos owned a police car, which was used to ship around Zoot, the leader, with Ebony by his side. The Locos would drive about the city, fighting rival Tribes, (usually the Demon Dogs) as well as capturing slaves or inciting fear into the weaker Tribes settled about the city. Zoots police car was seen throughout Season One, and then again in Season Five.
