These gloves were used to grab Gnomes for garden De-gnoming. The Weasley family and Rubeus Hagrid owned a pair. Harry Potter used these gloves to De-Gnome the Weasley's Garden during the summer holidays, and to de-gnome Hagrid's Garden in October.
