Frank wrote several episodes of Moonlighting between 1985 and 1988 and sometimes served as story editor. She also scripted episodes of Diff'rent Strokes, Benson, Cagney & Lacey, and The Wonder Years. She also co-wrote several Christmas TV movies, including, with Oz writing partner Steve L. Hayes, Santa Who? (with Leslie Nielsen as Santa Claus), Mr. St. Nick (with Kelsey Grammer and Charles Durning), and The Man Who Saved Christmas (with Jason Alexander and Edward Asner).
