The Mania Horkvir is always busy and working. When he wakes up, he heads right outside and begins his daily chores, not stopping until it's dark. When asked about his counterpart he will state that he finds, not only his double, but all the Dementia citizens lazy and worthless. Horkvir will also explain that the "Maniacs" simply can't kill their counterparts because this would result in ending up on the Hill of Suicides due to the fact they are the same person.
