Giulio Bisulli (29 September 1936 - 14 May 1983) was an Italian rally driver. Bisulli twice appeared in the WRC, in the 1973 and 1974 Sanremo Rallies. In the latter, he finished 2nd and got his first WRC podium, in an Italian sweep of the podium. He did not score any points as the WRC did not yet incorporate a drivers' championship.
