Gonzo fantasy combines many disparate fantasy elements into a flamboyant, multi-genre gestant. Examples of gonzo fantasy include the Final Fantasy computer games and the Exalted role-playing game. Characters are larger than life, magic is used ubiquitously to create amazing situations and things, and style generally prevails over substance. May include elements of surrealistic fantasy, steampunk, kitchen sink fantasy, wire fu, dungeonpunk, and anything else wild enough.
