The Itchy Balloon is one of the five balloon decorations that was available for a limited time during the Thanksgiving Event in November 2012. It returned for the Thanksgiving 2013 Event with a lower price. It was re-released on 23 July 2014 for the Content Update for purchase in Krustyland to provide the same 2.00% Payout Increase. It sold for 30 Donuts and was one of two Premium Decorations now available in Krustyland that provide a Payout Increase, the other being the Itchy & Scratchy Billboard (previously only available in Springfield).
