Gunther Surekha was a Mesan citizen and a noncommissioned officer of the Mesan Planetary Peaceforce. He held the rank of Sergeant in 1922 PD. Following the nuclear "terrorist attacks" on several population centers inhabited by full Citizens, he and his men attacked seccies in the streets of Mendel near Sukharov Tower. Eventually, they were gunned down by Shasta McGuire with a military-grade tribarrel. (CS3)
