The Academy of Wind was one of the seven major schools of Sanctaphrax. It was devoted to study wind, wind patterns and how wind moves. According to tradition, there was a bitter rivalry agianst The College of Cloud In the distant past, Cliff-Marble was used to completely cover the Academy of Wind, in an attempt to outdo the other six major schools. However, this material attracted Glisters and drove the academics mad, causing all of them to kill each other and prompting the removal of all Cliff-Marble from Sanctaphrax, with the exception of the west wall of the Knights Academy.
