The 2010 South Boston 150 was a K & N Pro Series East event held at Track::South Boston Speedway on April 3, 2010. On the anniversary of his first East Series start Max Gresham earned his first series victory, leading all but four laps of the race as he easily rolled to victory over Cole Whitt. Whitt, making just his second career start, inherited the points lead by twenty-five markers on Ryan Gifford (4th), as the duo were the only drivers to earn top-fives in both of the races thus contested in 2010.
