Section 3 is a section of the underground facility on Altair where Harlan resides. It is in this section in which the robotic SG-1 awoke for the first time. Harlan stated that there had been trouble in the section lately from mechanical breakdowns and that the facility was very hard to maintain by himself. (SG1: "Tin Man")
