In spring 1970, both Soviet and Chinese military observed numerous UFOs in the border area between China and the USSR, believing them to be espionage planes of the opposite side. On April 24, 1970, a bomber disappeared without trace en route from Moscow to Vladivostok. At the same time the Russian air traffic control registered numerous UFOs. All attempts to shoot them down failed.
