Cygnus 4019, or better known as Planet Salvation, is a distant planet filled with deadly technology and creatures, and used by the New Gods of Apokolips as a "training planet". Amanda Waller and Checkmate set this planet as a permanent prison for metahuman and costumed villains, forcing them to behave or die.
