Advent of the Evil King is the 33rd event match in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. The player fights as Ganondorf against Link, Pit, and Zelda. The player must KO their opponents once to win. Ganondorf has two lives while Link, Pit, and Zelda each have one. The stage on the event is Temple. Clearing this event on Hard difficulty unlocks the Great Temple/Temple CD.
