The Russian nurse was an attendant at the medical facility where Ilana was treated for severe injuries of an unknown kind. Some time during Ilana's stay at the hospital, the nurse arrived to her bedside to announce that she had a vistor, and that, despite being explained Ilana's condition, the man still insisted on seeing her. The nurse also commented on the fact that Ilana had not received any visitors prior to this, so the company would be good for her recuperation. (The Incident)
