Ugenkaar is the capital, and most-populous city of Sukaar, as well as the most-populous city of the Blue Empire of Sayerthenn, and 2nd most-populous city of Parthalenn, this Earth, and all of Calthoss' Creation after Deynaar with a population of 2,450,000 people. The city sits on Sunrise Harbor, where the River Moon met the Blue Sea. The House of Atonnos is the most powerful house of Ugenkaar, with the House of Kaalororsi not far behind. The House of Kaalororsi owns Sunrise Harbor, and was afforded it by Jeg Hohn.
