A Beautiful Crystal or Beautiful Shard is a small object with no useful abilities of its own, but can be sold for money. This crystal is the rarest of all valuable crystals. While it can be sold for a good price, some people use it on the enchanted forge with a Gemstone to create an Ice Crystal. In the first two Geneforge versions, this crystal was Green in appearance, but became red later on.
