Air Fist was a Mastery 3 martial air kiho that focused the strikes of the monk so they possessed the speed of the wind. It was one of the most basic of the elemental kiho, and masters of it found they had smoky vapors encircling their fists when they performed it. The hands and feet of the attacker were felt somewhat light and insubstantial, almost as if they were made of fog.
