Spears Productions was a old animation producer. Founded in 1958, the company was sold to The Walt Disney Company in 1968, who sold it to Younger Bros. Pictures in 1996. In 2001, Younger Bros. Animation annexed the productions' studios and sets, and the company's stock was reorganized and renamed as YB Animation shares. Both of these actions effectively rendered the company useless. The trademark of Spears Productions is now only used when re-releasing classic Spears-produced or distrbuted shows and cartoons.
