Kargan, son of Talak was a Klingon male who served in the Klingon Defense Force. He served as commanding officer of the IKS Pagh from the 2350s until his death in 2375. As a the son of General Talak and nephew of Councillor K'Tal of the powerful House of K'Tal, Kargan had more family and political connections than actual command ability. Because of the skills of those who served under him, particularly Klag, he rose to much acclaim.
