The Bijani House of Representatives election of 1953 was held on Sunday, March 1, 1953, to elect the 150 members of the 2nd Bijani House of Representatives. The incumbent Bijani National Party sought a second term in government against an unorganized and non-unified spread of smaller opposition parties. A total of twelve parties participated in the election, although only six put forth candidates for all 150 seats.
