Dakahna Vaas was a female Bajoran who lived in the 24th century. She was born a few years before her friend Kira Nerys. Dakahna was a member of the Shakaar resistance cell in the 2350s and 2360s. In 2357, Dakahna expressed her doubts that any liberation of Gallitep was possible due to the booby traps, the Cardassian patrols and the air security.
