Sign into the Game Center App on your device, and then launch the game. Any friends you wish to add via Game Center must be added through the Game Center App: Go to the App that looks like this File:IOS7 Game Centre logo.png. Click the Green Request button. Click the + sign on the right side of the left column. Add the user's Game Center ID and Click Send.
