Because Disney would need permission from Square enix. And Kingdom Hearts wasnt exactly made by Disney. Actually, Disney hold the copyrights for Kingdom Hearts and it's original characters, not Square Enix. But, the thing is, Disney doesn't really acknowlegde KH, cause compared to everything else, KH isn't really all that popular
