They live life as the Humans presumably did in the Paleolithic Age of the Earth. This includes adopting a Paleolithic diet, exercising frequently with varying durations and intensities, performing a variety of complex natural movements that use the whole body, maximizing contact with nature, trying to sleep at least 8 hours a day, and spending sufficient time relaxing, playing, and just "being in the present", without worrying about later.
