Black Palace was the seat of Detinan power and housed the Detinan monarchs, up to and including King Avram. It was situated in the city of Georgetown During the Detinan Civil War, the Black Palace, and the city it was located in, came under direct attack by Duke Edward of Arlington and his Army of Southern Parthenia. The attack was completely repulsed by the southrons.
